My Favorite Protein Treatments

A protein treatment is a deep penetration hair conditioner that adds protein to the cuticle layer of your hair strands. This strengthens your hair overall, making it less prone to damage. I would recommend doing this treatment once a month (at the most) to prevent exposing your hair to too much protein. Please note that not everybody's hair loves protein so if your try this treatment and don't get soft and moisturized tresses it maybe best to stick to a deep conditioning treatment.


  1. Castor Oil (which is in the Hair and Scalp Revitalizer), Greek yogurt, mayo, and eggs are one of the best known sources of natural protein that can effectively replenish all of your hair's lost protein.

  2. Honey is a natural humectant (moisture attracting) that has many deep moisturizing/hydrating qualities.

  3. Hair and Scalp Revitalizer promotes hair and scalp moisture, hair thickness and growth, and natural sheen. It also eliminates scalp itchiness and dryness.


Here Are The Two Treatments:

  1. 1 Egg

  2. 1 spoonful of Honey

  3. 3 spoonfuls of Mayo

  4. Several drops of Hair and Scalp Revitalizer serum


  1. 1 egg

  2. 5 spoonfuls of Plain Greek Yogurt

  3. 1 spoonful of Honey

  4. Several drop of Hair and Scalp Revitalizer serum

Mix all ingredients together until smooth or blend in a blender or food processor. Section hair

into four sections and apply mask from roots to ends. I recommend sealing this mix with a plastic cap for at least one hour. Rinse, shampoo, condition, style as usual. (Be sure to shampoo your hair once rinsing this mask because this is food.)
