Hello Wonderful! We are back with another amazing 'DIY' hair mask that is affordable and luxourious for your tresses. Avocado hair masks are for dry, damaged, and brittle hair. However, I truly love using hair masks for dry and damaged hair even when my hair is in a healthy state because I see even more amazing results. Avocados are filled with biotin, which strengthens your tresses. Additionally, vitamins B and E protect our tresses and scalp from dryness and damage.
Avocados are extremely moisturizing and nourishing for our hair because they contain natural oils and both polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids (the "good" fats). These fats aide in the restoration of dry and/or damaged hair.
Honey is a natural humectant (moisture attracting) that has many deep moisturizing/hydrating qualities.
Hair and Scalp Revitalizer promotes hair and scalp moisture, hair thickness and growth, and natural sheen. It also eliminates scalp itchiness and dryness.
You Will Need:
1 rip/over ripe avocado
Hair and Scalp Revitalizer serum
1 spoonful of honey
Mix all ingredients together until smooth or blend in a blender or food processor. Section hair
into four sections and apply mask from roots to ends. I recommend sealing this mix with a plastic cap for at least one hour.
